important notes: Leaseholders cannot apply directly (unless acting as Responsible Entity); funding supports costs that would otherwise fall on leaseholders; separate application required per building
Ineligible Costs: Buildings where works started before 10 January 2022; non-residential buildings; buildings under 11 metres; buildings over 18 metres in London (covered by separate scheme)
Key Organisational Requirements: Building must be over 11 metres in height; must be residential; must have unsafe cladding posing fire safety risk; must have a Fire Risk Assessment External Wall using PAS9980 methodology
