These Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at www.accountup.co and any related pages, content, tools, resources, downloads, forms and calculators (the Website).

The Website is operated by ACCOUNTUP LIMITED trading as AccountUp (AccountUp, we, us or our).

These Terms apply only to your use of the Website. If you engage AccountUp for services, those services will be governed by a separate written agreement (the Services Agreement). If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Services Agreement, the Services Agreement will prevail.

1. You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. The Website is intended for business and professional use. By using the Website, you confirm that you will use it only for lawful business or professional purposes and will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
