If you engage AccountUp to provide accounting or other professional services, that work will be governed by a separate written services agreement.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at www.accountup.co and any related pages, content, tools, resources, downloads, forms and calculators (the Website).
The Website is operated by ACCOUNTUP LIMITED trading as AccountUp (AccountUp, we, us or our).
1. Website-only scope
These Terms apply only to your use of the Website. If you engage AccountUp for services, those services will be governed by a separate written agreement (the Services Agreement). If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Services Agreement, the Services Agreement will prevail.
2. Who may use the Website
- You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- The Website is intended for business and professional use. By using the Website, you confirm that you will use it only for lawful business or professional purposes and will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
- If you use the Website on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or connected with them or the Website (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
