Key Organisational Requirements
Annual income must be under £5 million; the organisation must have provided services directly to people at risk of, with a history of, or currently experiencing rough sleeping for at least three years; it must operate in England and provide a local authority endorsement letter from an officer responsible for homelessness and/or rough sleeping.
